Common use of Hand Out Clause in Contracts

Hand Out. 12.1. CC Containers will become available for collection by the Customer at the collection depot(s) indicated by CC or if agreed otherwise delivered to the Customer. In the event delivery at the Customer is agreed, additional fees will be charged.
