Common use of Handback of the Project Clause in Contracts

Handback of the Project. (i) On the Termination Date, or as soon thereafter as is possible as provided in the final transition plan, the Development Entity shall relinquish and surrender full control of, and Access to, the Project and the CNG Facilities to the Department or the Department’s Authorized Representative, and shall cause all Persons claiming under or through the Development Entity to do likewise, in at least the condition required by the Handback Requirements.
