Handing over of tendered space. i. After the evaluation of bids, Letter of Acceptance (LOA) will be issued to the Successful Bidder (separate LoA for each PB space). The tendered (bare) space, as mentioned in Annexure-1, shall be handed over for operations and maintenance within 7 working days of signing of the License Agreement. In the event if the licensee fails to takeover the possession of the the property business space within the time stipulated by Maha-Metro, the license period shall be deemed to have commenced from the date of signing of license agreement, irrespective of the date of actual handing over of the property business space.
