Handling Claims. Manager shall report to Owner promptly in writing all accidents and claims of which it is aware for damage and injury relating to the ownership, operation, and maintenance of the Projects and any damage or destruction to the Projects coming to the attention of Manager. Manager shall not settle on Owner's behalf any claims with Owner’s insurers or any third-party claimant without Owner’s prior consent.
