Handling of Documents. Until the Closing, AACA shall keep --------------------- confidential all information provided by PAG or the PAG Physicians pursuant to this Agreement which is not in the public domain, and shall exercise the same care in handling such information as it would exercise with similar information of its own. If the Closing does not occur, AACA shall return all such documentation and keep the same confidential.
