Handling of T-Mobile Covered Information. Each Information Party: (a) may collect, store, access, use, process, maintain and disclose T-Mobile Covered Information only to fulfill its obligations and exercise its rights and remedies under the Agreement and for no other purpose; and (b) shall, without limiting any other obligations applicable to T-Mobile Covered Information hereunder, treat all T-Mobile Covered Information as Confidential Information of T-Mobile Group. For purposes of this Annex, the acts or omissions of each Information Party and any Person to whom it has disclosed T-Mobile Covered Information are such Information Party’s acts or omissions.
