Handling Services. (a) subject to the provisions of Article III above, the Project Group has sufficient Priority Access to Handling capacity at the WECU Facilities or there is adequate Surplus Capacity available to accommodate the Handling Services required;
(b) the Handling Services are not prohibited by the Redwater O&O Agreement; and
(c) the applicable Project Group Substances meet the inlet specifications of the particular WECU Facilities.

Handling Services. (a) The Lessee or any Airline Sublessee may arrange for the performance of Handling Services on the Premises either directly or by contract with the contractor of its choice, which contractor shall not be another Aircraft Operator or Operators without the consent of the Port Authority; provided, that such contractor is a permittee or agrees to become a permittee and obtain permit(s) from the Port Authority for providing such services.
(b) Notwithstanding any other term or provision of this Agreement and without limitation thereto, subject to the proviso in Section 32(e)(iii) (which shall extend to the Lessee’s independent contractors providing Handling Services for purposes of this paragraph (b)), as between the Lessee and the Port Authority only, all acts and omissions of any independent contractor on the Premises and the areas subject to the Rights of Access under this Agreement and the other Project Documents or elsewhere at the Airport in connection with the provision of Handling Services pursuant to this Section 26 (Handling Services) shall be deemed to be acts and omissions of the Lessee under this Agreement and the other Project Documents and the Lessee shall also be jointly and severally responsible with the contractor therefor, as between the Lessee and the Port Authority, including the obligations of indemnification, repair and replacement.
Handling Services. For a single ground handling consisting of the arrival and the subsequent departure at agreed timings of the same aircraft, the Handling Company shall provide the following services of Annex A at the rates specified in sub-paragraph 1.2. of this Annex.
Handling Services. For the Handling Services, $[*] for each Revenue Pound loaded or unloaded from an Aircraft with respect to the Services provided by the Carriers pursuant to the Agreement. The term “Revenue Pound” will mean the weight of all cargo shipped by Amazon on an Aircraft, including the weight of ULDs, nets, tie downs, tensioning equipment, and any other equipment that attaches to, or gets loaded on, the Aircraft together with that cargo.
Handling Services. Known and/or expected handling requirements and Services thereof will be included in price quotes and outlined in each Contract. Buyer is required to provide Seller detailed inbound shipping configuration (pallet, floor load, or other), packing specifications, handling requirements, temperature specifications or limitations (ranges), and any specific handling requirements of all Buyer’s Product to be received or tendered to Seller. Standard handling services covered by the Contract include but are not limited to, the ordinary labor involved in receiving Buyer’s Product at the Seller or Subcontractors’ facilities dock door, placing Buyer’s Product in storage or staging locations and conducting loading activities for outbound shipping. Other handling may constitute a special Service subject to additional or special charges.

Handling Services. PLD EUROPE SA may only be held liable if these operations are entirely prepared by it, carried out under its direction and exclusively by its staff and with its equipment, including slings and ropes, and within the limits of Article 7. The instructing party undertakes to give PLD EUROPE SA all specific instructions and all necessary details, in particular on: - the nature and characteristics (size, weight, centre of gravity, etc.) of the goods; - slinging and roping needed, the slinging points; - the possibilities and means of internal access to the buildings in which the operation is to be carried out.
Handling Services. The Services shall include arrangement by Hub Group for handling of Goods at the WFCs (or other facilities) at which the Goods are stored. The handling services covered by the basic storage and handling charge include the ordinary labor involved in receiving Goods at the WFC dock door, placing Goods in storage in the WFC, and returning Goods to the WFC dock door.
