Common use of Harassment and Assault Clause in Contracts

Harassment and Assault. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Supplier is required to comply with the Client’s policies with respect to sexual harassment, workplace harassment, workplace violence, prohibited discrimination and harassment, and health and safety. The Supplier must cooperate with the Client in any investigation undertaken by the Client pursuant to such policies.
