Harassment Commitment. The employer is committed to maintaining a mutually agreed upon policy that will prohibit harassment and ensures that all members of the University’s community have the right to participate equally in activities at the University without fear of harassment and providing an environment which affirms and promotes First Nations cultures and values, and the dignity of human beings of diverse backgrounds and needs. The parties agree that, the University Policy: Respectful University (or any amended policy thereof) does not discourage, prevent or preclude CUPE members from filing a grievance.
