Harbor Unit. 1. Full-time members of the Harbor Unit will receive additional compensation of 4% of base pay, while assigned to the Harbor Unit. 2. Selected Harbor-trained officers who maintain their skill level through Department- paid training will continue to receive additional compensation of 4% of their base pay. The number of officers to receive this pay will be based upon the discretion of the Department Management.
