Hardcopy Set. The Record Documents shall consist of two (2) complete sets of record drawings, prepared on reproducible vellum or 24 lb. (minimum) bond media (the “Record Drawings”). The Record Drawings shall include all drawing sheets used for bidding including; addenda, all changes resulting from regulatory reviews, change orders and as-built conditions. Consultant is not responsible for the accuracy of the working as-built drawings furnished by Contractor.
