ENERGY EFFICIENCY DESIGN SERVICES. Consultant shall provide: the Services performed during phases A.1 through A.6 which are related to the preparation of a comprehensive SEED analysis of the Project; all documentation required for a SEED “award” to Owner for the Project; and all other Services for the Project that are required under the SEED program. These Services shall be provided consistent with the requirements of ORS 276.900 through 276.915 and OAR 330-130-0010 through 330-130-0080 that are applicable to this Phase of Services. When completed, the Project must exceed the State Building Code requirements for energy efficiency by 20% or more, and shall be a “model of energy efficiency” as that term is described in the above-referenced administrative rules.

ENERGY EFFICIENCY DESIGN SERVICES. Consultant shall provide the Services performed during phases A.1 through A.6 that are related to Owner’s desire to make conscious sustainable decisions with a short term payback period in pursuit of LEED equivalency (or other sustainability programs) without actually obtaining LEED certification (or other sustainability certifications). These Services, include, but are not limited to, exploration of green energy technologies, total cost analysis and energy modeling costs to better inform Owner of the payback potential of the various systems choices.

  • Design Services The Engineer shall perform services during the schematic design phase, the design development phase, the contract documents phase, and the bidding period as hereinafter specified.

  • Energy Resource Interconnection Service (ER Interconnection Service).

  • Interconnection Customer Provided Services The services provided by Interconnection Customer under this LGIA are set forth in Article 9.6 and Article 13.5.1. Interconnection Customer shall be paid for such services in accordance with Article 11.6.

  • IN SERVICES ARTICLE 4.1

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • Building Commissioning Services The Owner may provide as a part of its testing services the Building Commissioning services involving the project’s HVAC and exhaust systems, temperature control systems, fire detection and alarm systems, emergency power and lighting system, fire suppression system, security locks and security locking control systems, food service equipment (if applicable), and laundry equipment (if applicable). In the event the Using Agency’s Program specifies additional commissioning services, the Owner shall procure such services as well. The Owner, through its Executive Administrator, may engage an independent Commissioning Authority. It is the intent of this Article that the Commissioning Authority enforce the requirements mentioned herein and certify that the systems and equipment listed all function properly prior to the initiation of each final inspection.

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.

  • Scope of Interconnection Service 1.3.1 The NYISO will provide Energy Resource Interconnection Service to Interconnection Customer at the Point of Interconnection.
