Common use of Hardware Design Changes Clause in Contracts

Hardware Design Changes. In the event that Sharp decides to change any portion of hardware (including but not limited to mechanical or electrical changes) that has any software impact, Sharp shall provide a reasonable number of additional units free of charge to Danger for testing. The number of additional units shall be mutually agreed to by the parties. In addition, the software development schedule will be reasonably adjusted for any hardware changes that have software impact.
