Common use of Hardware Operating Clause in Contracts

Hardware Operating. System Upgrade. RSA shall also provide all core Hardware operation system upgrades. This does not include additional software or operating system variants that are required for optional capabilities. The application of a new operating system to the Hardware may require that Customer re-images the Hardware so that the updates apply properly. Application or use of any operating system, or other software or equipment with the Hardware, other than that provided by RSA, shall void Customer’s Hardware warranty and RSA’s maintenance obligations.
