Common use of Hardware Recall Clause in Contracts

Hardware Recall. Provider shall notify the Board within two (2) business days of Provider’s receipt of any manufacturer or government sponsored recalls on Hardware purchased pursuant to this Agreement. Recalled Hardware should be replaced at no cost to the Board, including any costs associated with the retrieval and replacement of the Hardware, within a reasonable time.
