Common use of Harmony and Good Industrial Relations Clause in Contracts

Harmony and Good Industrial Relations. The Licensee shall make best efforts to maintain harmony and good industrial relations among the personnel employed in connection with the performance of its obligations under this Agreement and shall be solely responsible for compliance with all labour laws and solely liable for all possible claims and employment related liabilities of its staff employed in relation with the Project and hereby indemnifies the Authority against any claims, damages, expenses or losses in this regard and that in no case and shall for no purpose shall the Authority be treated as employer in this regard.
