Common use of Harmony of the Seas Clause in Contracts

Harmony of the Seas. a. Facility agreement dated 9 July 2013 (as amended, supplemented and restated from time to time) entered into between, amongst others, RCCL as borrower, Société Générale as the Facility Agent (SocGen Facility Agent) and the banks and financial institutions listed therein as Lenders in relation to a Euro term loan facility in respect of the passenger cruise vessel m.v. “Harmony of the Seas” (ex Hull A.34); and
