  • Product Warnings As of the Effective Date, all Products CORE sells and/or distributes for sale in California which do not qualify as Reformulated Products, will bear a clear and reasonable warning pursuant to this Section. CORE further agrees that the warning will be prominently placed with such conspicuousness when compared with other words, statements, designs or devices as to render it likely to be read and understood by an ordinary individual under customary conditions of use. For purposes of this Settlement Agreement, a clear and reasonable warning for the Products shall consist of a warning affixed directly to the product or product packaging, label, or tag, for Products sold in California and containing one of the following statements: WARNING: Reproductive Harm- xxx.X00Xxxxxxxx.xx.xxx OR WARNING: This product can expose you to chemicals, including DEHP, which are known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.   • On-Product Warnings The Settling Entity shall affix a warning to the label or otherwise directly on each unit of the Product provided through in-store retail outlets in California or sold online to consumers in California either directly or through its customers. For the purpose of this Settlement Agreement, “label” means a display of written, printed or graphic material that is printed on or affixed to a Product or its immediate container. The entire warning shall appear in a type size of at least 6-point type and no smaller than the largest type size used for other consumer information on the product. The warning language shall consist of either the Warning, or the Short-Form Warning described above in subsection 2.3(a) or (b), respectively, and be consistent with 2.3(c) above if it applies.

  • Labelling The distributor, on behalf of the selected vendor agrees that all supplies of articles should invariably contain the following information on its label and the carton. One information should not be overlapped by any other information needed to be furnished. The label should contain :

  • Product Labeling The labeling of all Licensed Products sold or offered for sale under this Agreement shall expressly state that the Licensed Product is manufactured under a license from the Medicines Patent Pool.

  • Environmentally Preferable Procurement Policy The Environmentally Preferable Procurement Policy, along with a brief policy description, is located on the City’s website at the following link: xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/esd/natural-energy-resources/epp.htm. Environmental procurement policies and activities related to the completion of any Work will include, whenever practicable, but are not limited to:  The use of recycled and/or recyclable products in daily operations (i.e. 30%, 50%, 100% PCW paper, chlorine process free, triclosan free hand cleaner, etc.);  The use of energy-star compliant equipment;  The use of alternative fuel and hybrid vehicles, and implementation of protocols aimed at increasing the efficiency of vehicle operation;  The implementation of internal waste reduction and reuse protocol(s); and  Water and resource conservation activities within facilities, including bans on individual serving bottled water and the use of compostable food service products.

  • PRODUCT MANUFACTURER'S SUPPLIERS Only those dealers/distributors listed by the manufacturer will be considered authorized to act on behalf of the Product Manufacturer.
