Warnings. Whenever the Employer or a representative of the Employer deems it necessary to censure an employee in a manner indicating that dismissal may follow any repetition of the act complained of or omission referred to, or that dismissal may follow if such employee fails to bring his work up to a required standard, the Employer shall, within five (5) days thereafter, give written particulars of such censure to the Secretary of the Union, with a copy to the employee involved. The copy shall be presented to the employee in the presence of his xxxxxxx.
Warnings. If you receive a Warning notification after the application is submitted, you are not required to resubmit the application. The reason for the Warning will be identified in the notification. It is at your discretion to choose to resubmit, but if the application was successfully received, it does not require any additional action.
Warnings. A warned employee is one who receives a written warning, that is to be recorded in their personnel file, which includes an indication of possible future consequences and may be considered as a basis for future disciplinary action.

Non-probationary employees who are discharged for performance or failure to perform work as required (including excessive absenteeism or excessive tardiness) shall first (1st) have had two (2) prior warnings in writing within twelve (12) months preceding the discharge of such performance or of related or similar failure to perform work as required, with a copy sent to the Union. The employee so notified shall be required to sign such notice, but such signing shall in no way constitute agreement with the contents of such notice.

Whenever the Board deems it necessary to censure an employee in a manner indicating that suspension or dismissal may follow any repetition of the act complained of or omissions referred to if such an employee fails to bring his or her work up to a required standard by a given date, the Board shall forward copies of correspondence relating to such censure to the Secretary of the Union and the employee concerned.
Warnings. Whenever the Employer or authorized agent deems it necessary to censure an employee in a manner indicating dismissal or discipline may follow any further infraction, or may follow if such employee fails to bring their work up to a required standard by a given date, the Employer shall call a meeting with the employee notifying the employee they have the right to a shop xxxxxxx or Union representative at that meeting. The Employer shall, within ten (10) days after the meeting, give written particulars of such censure to the employee involved and the Secretary of the Union.
Warnings. Whenever the Employer deems it necessary to censure an employee, in a manner indicating that dismissal may follow any further infraction, or may follow if such employee fails to bring his/her work up to a required standard by a given date, the Employer shall, within seven (7) calendar days thereafter, give written particulars of such censure to the employee involved.
Warnings. In addition to the collision warnings described in paragraphs 5.2.1.1.
Warnings. Verbal or written warnings are given to inform employees of unacceptable conduct and will indicate actions necessary to improve or correct conduct.
