Hazardous Duty. The Union, and not any individual employee, shall, upon request, be granted a hearing by the Commissioner of Administrative Services or designee concerning a claim for hazardous or unpleasant duty pay differential. Disputes under this Section shall not be subject to the Grievance and Arbitration Article.
