Hazardous Materials Brought to Project ROW by DB Contractor. DB Contractor shall be solely responsible for (a) compliance with all Laws and Governmental Approvals applicable to Hazardous Materials brought onto the Site by any DB Contractor-Related Entity, (b) use, containment, storage, management, transport and disposal of such Hazardous Materials in accordance with the CMA Documents, and (c) payment of all Losses associated with, arising out of or related to such Hazardous Materials.

Related to Hazardous Materials Brought to Project ROW by DB Contractor

  • No Hazardous Materials (A) have been disposed of or otherwise released from any Real Property of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries in violation of any Environmental Laws; or

  • Hazardous Material Such Obligor will not, and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, use, generate, manufacture, install, treat, release, store or dispose of any Hazardous Material, except in compliance with all applicable Environmental Laws or where the failure to comply could not reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Change.

  • Hazardous Materials Tenant shall not keep on the Premises any item of a dangerous, flammable or explosive character that might unreasonably increase the danger of fire or explosion on the Premises or that might be considered hazardous or extra hazardous by any responsible insurance company.

  • Insurance, Subcontractor's Public Liability and Property Damage The Contractor shall require each of its subcontractors to secure and maintain during the life of the subcontract, insurance of the type specified in this Contract, or, the Contractor may insure the activities of its subcontractors in the Contractor’s policy, as specified in this Contract.
