Hazardous Materials List. Contractor will check whether or not the inputs and/or materials that it will use are classified as hazardous substances. In such event, it must give notice thereof to Company, ensure that a list of all hazardous materials are provided to the Company and readily available to Contractor Group, and implement a hazardous substance handling procedure before performing the On-Site Work.
Hazardous Materials List. Section 30(b) of the Lease is hereby amended by deleting that provision in its entirety and replacing it with the following new Section 30(b):
Hazardous Materials List. The reference to Commencement Date in Section 30(b) of the Lease shall mean the date which is 10 business days following the full execution of this First Amendment with respect to Tenant’s obligation to provide the Hazardous Materials List and the Hazardous Materials Documents.

Hazardous Materials List. Within 30 days before the Term Commencement Date, Tenant shall provide Landlord with a full and complete list of all Hazardous Materials (the "HAZARDOUS MATERIALS LIST") which Tenant will use, store or generate, or which may be contained in any products or materials which Tenant will use, store or generate, on or about the Premises. The Hazardous Materials List shall contain the common name of each product or material, and both the scientific name and the CAS number of all chemical substances contained in such product or material. Tenant shall notify Landlord, by providing an updated Hazardous Materials List, if: (a) Tenant intends to begin using, storing or generating any new Hazardous Material; or (b) Tenant determines that a product or material it is using, storing or generating contains a Hazardous Material which was not previously described in the Hazardous Materials List. The Hazardous Materials List, and any updated Hazardous Materials List, shall be subject to Landlord's prior written approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed so long as the Hazardous Materials are those commonly used, stored and generated in connection with the Permitted Uses.
Hazardous Materials List. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge and agree that Tenant delivered to Landlord a Hazardous Materials List, as required pursuant to Section 30(b) of the Lease, with respect to Tenant’s use of the Temporary Premises, prior to the date of this First Amendment.
