Common use of Hazardous Materials Manager Clause in Contracts

Hazardous Materials Manager. 40 Developer shall designate a Hazardous Materials Manager for the Project. The Hazardous 41 Materials Manager must provide expertise in the safe handling of Hazardous Materials required 42 to perform the Work and those that may be discovered or impacted during the Term. The 43 Hazardous Materials Manager must schedule and/or conduct Hazardous Materials training for 44 Developer's employees, verify all necessary certifications prior to and required for any handling 45 of Hazardous Materials, and maintain records of all Incidents involving Hazardous Materials and 1 notify the Environmental Compliance Manager, ADOT, and appropriate Governmental Entities 2 in writing of any such Incidents.
