Hazardous Materials Project Impact Evaluation Report. The Technical Expert shall submit a Hazardous Materials Project Impact Evaluation Report, per the following parameters: • A brief summary of evaluated parcels shall be included to provide context for the impact evaluation. Detailed backup information shall remain with the ISA and shall not be included in the impact evaluation report. • Each concern requiring an impact evaluation shall be evaluated in a brief written form (e.g. two (2) paragraphs). A tabular format can be used when appropriate. • A detailed satellite map and/or annotated project cross sections shall be included as an attachment to this report. The map or project cross sections shall be detailed enough to identify each property evaluated. • Additionally, the following information shall be included for each evaluated concern or parcel: o Identified Potential Impacts Matrix (color code as well) o Map ID o Database or ISA discovery tool (example: LPST, PST, Site Survey, Current and Past Land use, Acquired Parcel etc.) o Regulatory Identifier (if applicable) - The number or identifier used by the regulatory agency. o Concern or Parcel Name o Concern or Parcel location o Potential Impact Evaluation Discussion – The discussion shall review the project requirements adjacent to the potential concern or acquired parcel and discuss the reasoning (thought process) for the level of anticipated impacts chosen. This shall be performed for even the Low Potential or No Potential concerns and acquired parcels as well. o Recommended Next Step: For evaluated parcels where additional information is required or impacts are anticipated, the Technical Expert shall include a Recommended Next Step section. This section should be brief and just describe the next step in the review or investigation process.  Note: For subsurface investigations (Phase II ESA) recommendations, it is usually more applicable to recommend or conduct a regulatory file review and a review of the construction details before performing field investigations.
