Common use of Headings and Counterparts; Gender Clause in Contracts

Headings and Counterparts; Gender. All headings are inserted only for convenience and ease of reference and are not to be considered in the construction or interpretation of any provision of this Agreement. This Agreement may be executed in separate counterparts all of which together shall constitute one instrument enforceable against all parties. Any reference in this Agreement to the masculine gender includes the feminine and neuter genders where appropriate.
