COUNTERPARTS AND SEVERABILITY. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which when executed shall be deemed to be an original and all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same Agreement. Delivery of an executed signature page to this Agreement by any party by electronic transmission will be as effective as delivery of a manually executed copy of the Agreement by such party.
