HEADINGS AND NUMBERS; CAPITALIZATIONS; USAGE. The Headings and Numbers of the Articles, Sections, Paragraphs, Appendices and Attachments, as contained in this AGREEMENT, and the use of capitalized terms in this AGREEMENT, are for the purpose of convenience only and shall not be deemed to expand, limit or change the provisions contained in such Articles, Sections, Paragraphs, Appendices and Attachments. Further, as terms are used herein, the singular shall mean plural and there shall be no distinction as to gender, when interpreting or construing such terms.
