Headings; Pronouns and Number. The headings contained in the Program Terms are inserted only as a matter of convenience, and in no way define, limit, or extend the scope or intent of the Program Terms or any provision of the Program Terms. Wherever from the context it appears appropriate, each term stated in either the singular or the plural will include the singular and the plural, and pronouns stated in either the masculine, feminine or neuter gender will include the masculine, feminine and neuter gender. If any date specified herein falls upon a Saturday, Sunday or public or legal holidays, the date shall be construed to mean the next business day following such Saturday, Sunday or public or legal holiday. For purposes of this Agreement, a "business day" is any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public or legal holiday.
