(a) A transferred staff member and his or her dependants will in so far as the matter lies within the control of the receiving organization be entitled to participate in any health or group life insurance arrangements of that organization without new medical reservations or waiting periods. If, however, the staff member prefers to continue participation in the arrangements of the releasing organization, and the two organizations agree that this would be reasonable and possible in the circumstances, the staff member will be enabled to do so.
