Health and Safety Code Requirements. To the extent applicable to Lessee, Lessee shall conform to and abide by each and all of the provisions of Section 32128 of the Local Health Care District Law, and any rules established by the Lessor thereunder or by the Hospital Local Governing Board described in Paragraph 13.11 below thereunder with Xxxxxx’s approval, including without limitation, the provisions regarding the self- governance of the Medical Staff regarding professional work performed in the Hospital and the provisions regarding the preparation and maintenance of accurate and complete medical records of all patients.
