Common use of Health Benefits Spending Account Clause in Contracts

Health Benefits Spending Account. for the period of April 1, 2012 – December 31, 2012 E31.01 a) The Employer shall implement a Health Benefits Spending Account for all Employees eligible for benefits in accordance with Article 31. b) A sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00) shall be allocated by the Employer to the Health Benefits Spending Account for each Full Time Employee effective April 1st 2012. Part Time Employees shall be pro-rated based on their FTE at January 1st of each year.
