Common use of Health Care and Day Care Spending Accounts Clause in Contracts

Health Care and Day Care Spending Accounts. Full-time and part-time employees will be eligible to participate in the HCA Health Care Spending Account Program and the HCA Day Care Spending Account Program, on the same basis as non- bargaining unit employees. There shall be no obligation to bargain over changes in these Programs or over issues relating to administration of these Programs and the Programs and their elements shall not be subject to the grievance and arbitration procedures of this Agreement.
