HEALTH INSURANCE PLAN CHANGES. For the term of this Agreement, the parties agree that the County retains the exclusive right to make changes in accordance with law and good professional practice necessary to administer the Flexible Benefits Program, and the Union specifically waives any rights it may have to meet and confer with respect to the decision or impact of changes.
