HEALTH INSURANCE SAVINGS ACCOUNT. The District will work to maintain a health insurance option to allow employees to select an HSA eligible plan. The District’s plan will be administered by an outside carrier based on mutually agreed upon specifications. Employee orientation and education will be provided regarding the plan use. Participating employees will pay fees related to their individual accounts. Participation in the plan by employees will be voluntary.
