HEALTH MAINTENANCE PROGRAM. The City shall compensate all unit employees the amount of one-hundred fifty dollars ($150) per fiscal year for the cost of membership for themselves and their families in a physical fitness facility or program, a wellness program, for annual physical examinations, stress EKG examinations, related physical fitness exercise equipment, fitness related safety equipment, and/or activities relating to health and wellness, and personal development. The one-hundred fifty dollars ($150) payment shall be paid to all active unit employees on the first pay period of June within each year of the term of the MOU.

Following completion of the vaccination series, the hospital will perform a serum antibody titer to verify that immunity has been obtained. If the nurse fails to complete the series and the titer, the nurse will assume responsibility for the cost if they are not immune.

  • Maintenance Programme (i) The Contractor shall prepare a monthly maintenance programme (the “Maintenance Programme”) in consultation with the Authority’s Engineer and submit the same to the Authority’s Engineer not later than 10 (ten) days prior to the commencement of the month in which the Maintenance is to be carried out.
