Amendment to PERS Contract Relating to Employer Cost-Sharing. Upon written request by the GPOA, the City agrees to take the necessary steps to work with XXXX to amend the City’s contract with PERS to insure that the funds paid to the Employer Contribution by unit employees be reflected on the unit employee’s annual PERS statement, as long as the provisions set forth in XXVII-C above, with respect to the percentages paid by the unit employees for cost-sharing remain intact.   • CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITY FOR SYSTEM AGENCY’S TERMINATION COSTS If the System Agency terminates the Contract for cause, the Contractor shall be responsible to the System Agency for all costs incurred by the System Agency and the State of Texas to replace the Contractor. These costs include, but are not limited to, the costs of procuring a substitute vendor and the cost of any claim or litigation attributable to Contractor’s failure to perform any Work in accordance with the terms of the Contract.

  • COMPENSATION FOR CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES 5.1 For the Construction Manager’s performance of the Work as described in Section 2.3, the Owner shall pay the Construction Manager the Contract Sum in current funds. The Contract Sum is the Cost of the Work as defined in Section 6.1.1 plus the Construction Manager’s Fee.

  • Termination of Contractor’s Responsibilities This Agreement will be considered complete when all work has been completed and accepted by the COUNTY and all warranty periods have expired. The CONTRACTOR will then be released from further obligation except as set forth in this Agreement.

  • File Management and Record Retention relating to CRF Eligible Persons or Households Grantee must maintain a separate file for every applicant, Eligible Person, or Household, regardless of whether the request was approved or denied.

  • Compensation for Convenience Termination If City shall terminate for its convenience as herein provided, City shall compensate Consulting Engineer/Architect for all Engineering/Architectural Services satisfactorily completed to date of its receipt of the termination notice and any additional Engineering/Architectural Services requested by City to bring the Project to reasonable termination. Compensation shall not include anticipatory profit or consequential damages, neither of which will be allowed.

  • Our Liability for Failing to Make Transfers If we do not complete a transaction to or from the Card on time or in the correct amount according to our Agreement with you, we may be liable for your losses or damages. However, there are some exceptions. We will not be liable, for instance:

  • OWNER’S RIGHT TO PERFORM CONSTRUCTION AND TO AWARD SEPARATE CONTRACTS § 7.4.1 The Owner reserves the right to perform construction or operations related to the Project with the Owner’s own forces, and to award separate contracts in connection with other portions of the Project.
