Common use of Health of Foetus Clause in Contracts

Health of Foetus. A teacher who is expecting a child is eligible for benefits in accordance with this Article when: (a) the teacher is assigned to a location where, in the opinion of her physician, the teacher is at risk of damage to her foetus as a result of environmental or health conditions; and (b) there is no mutually agreed upon re-assignment.
