Common use of Health Plan Administrative Programs Clause in Contracts

Health Plan Administrative Programs. Provider shall cooperate with Health Plan's network management, Member education, Member grievance, claims processing and administration, clinical and nonclinical performance measurement and improvement programs, and other policies, procedures and corrective measures reasonably established by Health Plan to effect the terms and provisions of this Agreement. Provider shall also participate in Health Plan’s quality improvement, and/or medical management programs.

Provider and Practitioner shall also participate in Health Plan’s quality improvement, performance improvement, and/or medical management programs.
