Health Report. Each school will develop and maintain a list of those students whose parents or physicians have notified the school of a significant health problem which requires exceptional consideration in dealing with the student. This list will be available to review by all teachers, and it will be the responsibility of all teachers to avail themselves of the health records of the listed students with whom they will be involved.
