Common use of Healthcare Benefit Plans Clause in Contracts

Healthcare Benefit Plans. During the term of this Agreement, the Employee shall be eligible for participation in and shall receive all benefits under healthcare benefit plans, practices, policies and programs provided by the Company and its subsidiaries that may be in effect from time to time (including, without limitation, medical, prescription, dental, disability, salary continuance, employee life, group life, accidental death and travel accident insurance plans and programs), at no cost to the employee.

Healthcare Benefit Plans. During the term of this the Agreement, the Employee shall be immediately eligible for participation in and shall receive all benefits under healthcare benefit plans, practices, policies and programs provided by the Company and its subsidiaries that may be in effect from time to time (including, without limitation, medical, prescription, dental, disability, salary continuance, employee life, group life, accidental death and travel accident insurance plans and programs), at no cost on terms comparable to the employeeterms offered to other Employees of the Company.
