Common use of Healthcare Benefit Plans Clause in Contracts

Healthcare Benefit Plans. During the term of this Agreement, the Executive shall be eligible for participation in and shall receive all benefits under healthcare benefit plans, practices, policies and programs provided by the Company and its subsidiaries that may be in effect from time to time (including, without limitation, medical, prescription, dental, disability, salary continuance, employee life, group life, accidental death and travel accident insurance plans and programs), on terms comparable to the terms offered to other executives of the Company.
