Healthcare Engagement. The College and the faculty have a joint interest in maintaining a healthy workforce. To that end, faculty must annually participate in the Health Rewards/RALLY program and document any combination of eight (8) coins from an identified list of healthy activities in order to maintain paying 20% of the medical premium equivalent.
