Common use of Hearing and Order Clause in Contracts

Hearing and Order. The hearing examiner will direct the hearing. Parties may present evidence, and the hearings examiner may ask questions during the hearing. The hearing examiner may allow witnesses to testify if necessary to clarify issues and may allow cross-examination of witnesses. The hearing examiner will issue an Initial Order within 14 days of the hearing. The Initial Order should contain Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and notice of the right to appeal.
