HEARING LEVELS Information Level Sample Clauses

The "Hearing Levels" clause defines the stages or levels at which disputes or appeals are heard within a particular process, such as in administrative or legal proceedings. At the "Information Level," this clause typically outlines the initial stage where parties are informed of decisions, actions, or rights, and may be given the opportunity to present information or seek clarification before any formal hearing occurs. This structure ensures that parties are aware of their situation and can prepare or respond appropriately, thereby promoting transparency and fairness in the dispute resolution process.
