Hearing Preparation and Representation. A hearing date before the Hearing Officer will allow the unit member reasonable preparation time. During the hearing, the unit member has the right to be represented by NSCPA or an attorney (at the unit member’s expense), to present witnesses, exhibits, and documents, and to question adverse witnesses.
