Common use of Hearing to Terminate Suspension Clause in Contracts

Hearing to Terminate Suspension. At the expiration of any suspension period ordered by the Presiding Judge, or earlier if so notified by Attorney, the Presiding Judge will set and conduct a hearing for the purpose of determining whether such suspension should be lifted or if a further suspension of appointments not to exceed 30 days should be granted.
