Common use of HEATING, VENTILATING Clause in Contracts

HEATING, VENTILATING. AND AIR CONDITIONING 1. Heating, ventilating, and air conditioning as required to provide reasonably comfortable temperatures for normal business day occupancy (excepting holidays); Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. 2. Maintenance of any additional or special air conditioning equipment and the associated operating cost will be at Tenant's expense, which is estimated at $50 per hour.

Maintenance of any additional or special air conditioning equipment equipment, i.e. for any computer rooms, etc., and the associated operating cost will be at Tenant's expense, which is estimated at $50 per hour.
