Help Desk Facility. 3.1 The Contractor shall provide a manned Help Desk within the Standard Working Hours, which shall provide second and third line support to the Authority. First line support shall be provided by the Authority to COINS users. All contact with the Help Desk shall be made by the Authority‟s staff rather than by COINS users.

  • Network Facilities At the time of termination, the Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Entities shall keep in place any portion of the Interconnection Facilities that the Transmission Provider deems necessary for the safety, integrity and/or reliability of the Transmission System. Otherwise, Transmission Provider may, in its discretion, within 30 days following termination of Interconnection Service, require the removal of all or any part of the Interconnection Facilities.

  • Credit for Project Work In order to compensate PURCHASER for project work that PURCHASER agrees to complete under the section titled, “Project Work,” of this contract, STATE agrees to credit PURCHASER’s timber account in the sum of $46,657 upon completion of and STATE’s acceptance of all work, unless otherwise approved in writing by STATE.   • Information regarding Interconnection Facilities 4.2.1 The SPD shall be required to obtain all information from the STU/CTU/concerned authority with regard to the Interconnection Facilities as is reasonably necessary to enable it to design, install and operate all interconnection plant and apparatus on the SPD’s side of the Delivery Point to enable delivery of electricity at the Delivery Point. The transmission of power up to the point of interconnection where the metering is done for energy accounting shall be the responsibility of the SPD at his own cost.

  • Project Website The State will develop and maintain a website that will be made available in advance of the first public meeting for this project. The Engineer shall provide project information for the project website to the State including documents related to project background, study area limits, study objectives, project photos, study area maps, material presented at public meetings, and contact information for requesting additional information. The project website will be updated with the documents and other information provided by the Engineer to the State after each set of public meetings and the final report in PDF format provided by the Engineer will be posted by the State to give the general public access to the document.

  • DESCRIPTION OF WEBSITE SERVICES OFFERED The Site is a website interface and companion mobile application which has the following description: A cloud based, website and mobile application interface for tracking events of participants in the USDA CACFP (Child and Adult Care Food Program) and/or SFSP (Summer Food Service Program) to be used by Day Care Homes and Sponsoring Organizations, Child Care Centers and Sponsoring Organizations, At-risk Afterschool Care Centers and Sponsoring Organizations, Adult Day Care Centers and Sponsoring Organizations and Emergency Shelters and Sponsoring Organizations. Any and all visitors to our site and users of the website applications and/or companion mobile application(s) shall be deemed as "users" of the herein contained Services provided for the purpose of this TOS. The user acknowledges and agrees that the Services provided and made available through our website and applications, which may include some mobile applications and that those applications may be made available on various social media networking sites and numerous other platforms and downloadable programs, are the sole property of Genius Programs. At its discretion, Genius Programs may offer additional website Services and/or products, or update, modify or revise any current content and Services, and this Agreement shall apply to any and all additional Services and/or products and any and all updated, modified or revised Services unless otherwise stipulated. Genius Programs does hereby reserve the right to cancel and cease offering any of the aforementioned Services and/or products. You, as the end user acknowledge, accept and agree that Genius Programs shall not be held liable for any such updates, modifications, revisions, suspensions or discontinuance of any of our Services and/or products. Your continued use of the Services provided, after such posting of any updates, changes, and/or modifications shall constitute your acceptance of such updates, changes and/or modifications, and as such, frequent review of this Agreement and any and all applicable terms and policies should be made by you to ensure you are aware of all terms and policies currently in effect. Should you not agree to the updated, revised or modified terms, you must stop using the provided Services forthwith. Furthermore, the user understands, acknowledges and agrees that the Services offered shall be provided "AS IS" and as such Genius Programs shall not assume any responsibility or obligation for the timeliness, missed delivery, deletion and/or any failure to store user content, communication or personalization settings.

  • Project Location & Description The Project, for which the provision of financial assistance is the subject of this Agreement, is hereby described as follows:

  • Internet Access to Contract and Pricing Information Access by Authorized Users to Contract terms and pricing information shall be made available and publically posted on the OGS website. To that end, OGS shall publically post the Contract Pricelist, including all subsequent changes in the Contract offerings (adds, deletes, price revisions), Contractor contact information, and the Contract terms and conditions, throughout the Contract term.

  • Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice. Such studies, design and construction shall be based on the assumed accuracy and completeness of all technical information received by the Participating TO and the CAISO from the Interconnection Customer associated with interconnecting the Large Generating Facility.
