HHSC personnel recruitment prohibition. CONTRACTOR has not retained or promised to retain any person or company, or utilized or promised to utilize a consultant that participated in HHSC’s development of specific criteria of the Agreement or who participated in the selection of the CONTRACTOR for the Agreement. CONTRACTOR will not recruit or employ any HHSC professional or technical personnel who have worked on projects relating to the subject matter of the Agreement, or who have had any influence on decisions affecting the subject matter of the Agreement, for two (2) years following the completion of the Agreement.
