High Standards of University Governance. It is important to develop to its fullest potential the human resources at ITU, cf. O1. Also, we must ensure robustness in the top management of the ITU, cf. O2. Finally, ITU must also improve its productivity and do so without compromising quality or wearing out the staff, cf. O3. We believe that it is possible to produce more as well as better research and teaching with less effort by improving the ITU organisation.
